During the ordering process, you will your full name, the shipping address of the products, telephone number, email address and in case you choose to make your payments via credit card, you will be asked for the number, the expiry date of the card as well as the three-digit security code.

The charge will be made after checking the validity of the credit card, the verification of the details and the availability of balance to cover the value of your order, while the retail receipt will be sent to you by electronic mail after the completion of the order and payment. In case the transaction is rejected by the relevant Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not carried out.

This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par.1 (b) Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order and in no way will they be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, unless the procedure that defined by the legislation with the lifting of confidentiality (L.2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

In the case of payment by credit card, the information disclosed to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) is registered directly on the secure page of the cooperating bank and is not registered in our database, thus ensuring the highest possible level of security.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made via General Post.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days depending on the delivery location. During festive or special periods shipping and delivery times may be longer than estimated.

The distribution of the products by the cooperating transport company takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Once your order arrives at the pickup address, you will be asked for a signature in order for it to be delivered.

In the event that the information entered in the form is incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for any non-delivery.

RETURNS

You are entitled to a partial or total return of the order, within 14 calendar days from the date of your receipt only if the reason for the return is the fault of the company (e.g. wrong item, defective product), then the cost of return is borne by the company us. In this case, shipments are made via GENERAL POST only.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, without the special markings (tags) removed and must be accompanied by the sales document

The products should also be accompanied by the completed "return form", which you will find here within the period of 14 calendar days. Return will be accepted only after company approval.

In the case of returning the products, and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way it will be returned, your refund will be completed within 20 calendar days from the date the company receives the products.
