RETURNS

You are entitled to a partial or total return of the order, within 14 calendar days from the date of your receipt only if the reason for the return is the fault of the company (e.g. wrong item, defective product), then the cost of return is borne by the company us. In this case, shipments are made via GENERAL POST only.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, without the special markings (tags) removed and must be accompanied by the sales document

The products should also be accompanied by the completed "return form", which you will find here within the period of 14 calendar days. Return will be accepted only after company approval.

In the case of returning the products, and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way it will be returned, your refund will be completed within 20 calendar days from the date the company receives the products.
